Snow? Did someone say snow? This is my 6-1/2 year old son standing in front of the massive snowbanks at my house. You can just see the top of my grandfather's house in the right of the photo. Normally we can see his house without a problem from this angle. Snow. Way too much snow!
My hubby's grandmother gave me this amaryllis bulb for Christmas. I finally managed to plant it about a month ago & it's now blooming for me. There is still one blossom left to open. It's a great taste of spring in the middle of a very long winter.
I know it's blurry but you can still see the eclipse. It was about three-quarters of the way through. Way cool. I've never seen an eclipse & I'm really having fun with this - even though it's very cold here tonight!
I went to visit my parents today & my dad was snow blowing their driveway. The snow blower is attached to the back of the tractor. It was BIG!

Our barn - it's used mostly for wood storage at this point. As you can see, it needs a tad bit of work. ::grin:: It's still a great old building.
I looked outside tonight & saw my son's bike sitting there - completely iced up. I don't think this baby is moving until spring finally gets here to thaw it out.
I tired using the black back drop for this photo & there was too much light. I messed with the colors on my PC & found I rather liked the end result.
