My sister & I (with all our boys) headed to Pemaquid Point Lighthouse on a cold Tuesday. We were hoping for some wintry scenes of the lighthouse, however, there wasn't a whole lot of snow on the ground. We had a good time though. I shot two rolls of regular film & about half a dozen digital shots. I'm not sure how many my sister took. I liked this one though - the waves were crashing in. It was chilly on the coast (probably about high 30's-low 40's) compared to the inland area (it was in the 50's), but there was something very beautiful about the ocean on this cold day.

My piano.

This is the piano I learned on. This is the piano I used to play almost every day. This is the piano that still "lives" at my parents house since I don't have a place for it. As soon as we get a house again, this piano will come live with me and get a new paint job (per hubby's adamant request LOL).

I live in Maine. Kind of a backwoods part of Maine. Here is what I saw on the same stretch of road today....

This is really cool. It's an extremely large greenhouse that grows ONLY tomatoes. The first crop hit the stores here a few months ago. Unfortunately all the window shades were down on this day.

We had some snow today - not a lot thankfully as we had a ton over the weekend. But it was really pretty coming down in big fat flakes. I tried to catch it.

We had a big snowstorm here on Friday so that meant shoveling on Saturday. My in-laws dog came over to "help." Scout loved it when I was throwing the snow. He'd jump at it & had a great time playing. He's only about nine months old but already a pretty handsome black lab - at least I think so.
